I began my real estate career just prior to the dot-com boom in the late 1990’s specializing in loft warehouse conversions in the South of Market district of San Francisco. At the time, it was considered ‘the wrong side of the tracks’, pre-Salesforce Tower, AT&T Park, and the Transbay Terminal.
In the 25 years since, I have honed my craft representing Sellers, Buyers, Developers, and Real Estate Investors as well as purchasing my own properties in San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, Oakland; Reno, Nevada and Sydney, Australia. My experience includes Single-Family Homes, Stock Cooperatives, Conversion Lofts, High-End Luxury Condominiums and Multi-Unit Buildings. I am also one of only a handful of real estate professionals who has specialized in representing Buyer’s in New Developments. Today, I rank among the City’s top 5% of all San Francisco Realtors by sales volume.
I’ve learned from my many personal and professional real estate transactions. Part of the wisdom of being in any profession for a quarter of a century is being clear on what I do, and don’t know. Often it is the unknowns that cost you the most money in a house or investment. Helping my clients discern what are acceptable risks from both the known and unknowns is probably the number value add I give my clients. Being able to negotiate a winning bid when it comes to what to invest or divest their hard-earned time and money from is my next best offering.
