The Oriental Warehouse: one of the oldest buildings in San Francisco outside of the Presidio and one of the rare brick and timber loft conversions in the city. Built in 1867, this loft is located on a desirable cul-de-sac that puts you a short walk to the Giants Stadium, Town’s End Restaurant & Bakery (which remains one of my go-to brunch places) and walking distance to the Ferry Building. As far as South Beach goes it doesn’t get much better given there are a number of secret ways into and out of this location. One of my clients that’s lives on that block said her goal is to park her car on Friday and not take it out again until Monday. She’s been doing that for the past 15 years.
