How Are Buyers Finding Homes?

A clear sign of the times. Gone are the days where an ad published in the Sunday newspaper real estate section could be attributed to the successful sale of one’s home. As you can see from this graph, buyer’s now find their home using two main methods: internet searches and through the help of their agent. Only 1% of buyers state that they find their home through newspaper or print ads.
